INTRODUCTION
ALAQSA COMPUTER COMPANY established in
early 1982. Its main activity was to develop and market computer system
solutions.
Over the years, ALAQSA Computer Company successfully expanded and now it is
one of the largest companies in Kuwait.
Our main company objective is to invest most of the company business
operations profit to develop and expand our activities for more advanced

COMPUTER DEPARTMENT
The first department in the company to be existing. Under this department
there are two sections, The Network Section and The PC Section.
Network Section:
The Network Section involves with
providing total broad solutions to clients. It involves also the site
study and provide proposed solutions to the clients where they can easily
decide their needs in cooperation with our professional network team and with
close coordination with the PC Section.
PC Section:
PC is the section that provides PC’s and servers along with printers, scanners
and all other personal computers requirements. This section is fast growing
and developed which enables us to target new customers including the
government tenders.
Maintenance:
One important part in the PC Department is the Hardware maintenance and
technical support Section. Our professional Hardware Engineers are very highly
trained to work in tight schedule with professional output using the latest
equipment in hardware technology. This section supports all other Computer
Department Sections and other ALAQSA Departments, if needed.
The Computer Department presents to Kuwait market the latest of Information
Technology through various items and services ranged from high quality
assembled to branded PC’s and components.
Our highly professional employees are well experienced in Kuwait market along
with customer care and support.

HOME VIDEO GAMES DEPARTMENT
ALAQSA is considered as one of the major companies in Kuwait in the field of
Home Video Games for a Long term business, high experience, wide coverage of
local market, and the variety of existing stock that meets different needs of
personal and home entertainment.

Also ALAQSA is providing the maintenance for all types of machines through
highly experienced workshops staff and modern tools.
Home Service:
The Home Video Games Department has started its new service, it is the Mobile
Workshop and home delivery, using a full equipped van car with highly
qualified technician’s can support and serve our clients at home door step,
our clients are very happy and interested with this service which is saving
their time and efforts at no extra charge.

FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT DEPARTMENT
Toy Town is a registered trade mark for ALAQSA Computer Company that is being used in our five family
entertainment centers in Kuwait.
These centers are located in the most popular malls all around the high
population areas in Kuwait, these centers are highly designed and regularly
equipped and upgraded with the latest in the leisure and entertainment
industry including family rides, redemptions, kiddy rides, prize games, video
games, bowling, billiard, arcade and network games.
Management:
This department is being managed by highly experienced professionals who can
give extra attention and care to the customer. Yearly festivals are managed by
this department to add the extra fun benefit to the customers.
Consultation:
This department is also providing consultation services in this business field
for third party operators to start their our business starting off our long
term of experience.
